Buresinnova has developed green roof systems that incorporate environmentally sound construction techniques and sustainable management.

Green roofs, living roofs or roof gardens are systems developed to support plant life on the top of the roofs. These systems, while protecting the waterproofing membrane, provide a wide range of aesthetic and ecological benefits.

The roof garden is usually divided into two categories:

Extensive Roofs

They are self-sustaining. Extensive roofs normally have a substrate thickness of less than 15 cm and are designed to allow the development of plants with low water needs. They are usually only accessed for maintenance and maintenance is minimum.
